The Service
Loopworks AI is a hosted software service that lets a business connect messaging channels, run an AI agent that replies to enquiries, manage leads in a CRM and book meetings. We may improve, change or remove features over time. We will give reasonable notice of changes that materially reduce what you pay for.
Your account
- You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract on behalf of the business you register.
- Keep your sign-in details secure. You are responsible for activity in your workspace, including by people you invite.
- Give accurate information and keep it up to date.
Acceptable use
You must not use the Service to:
- send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or messages to people who have not contacted you or agreed to hear from you;
- break the WhatsApp Business Policy, Meta's terms, Google's terms, or any law, including consumer protection and data protection law;
- deal in illegal, harmful, deceptive or adult content or goods;
- impersonate anyone or mislead people about who they are talking to;
- attempt to access other workspaces, probe or disrupt the Service, or reverse engineer it;
- resell the Service without our written permission.
We may suspend a workspace that breaks these rules, puts the Service at risk, or is reported to us by Meta or Google, and will tell you why where we lawfully can.
Your data and your leads
You own the data you and your leads put into the Service. You give us permission to process it only to provide the Service, as described in our privacy policy. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to message your leads and for telling them, where required, that they may be talking to an automated assistant.
AI replies
Replies are generated by an AI model using your instructions and knowledge base. AI can be wrong. You are responsible for reviewing your settings and content, monitoring conversations, and for any promise, price or commitment made to your leads. Do not rely on the agent for legal, medical or financial advice.
Third-party services
The Service connects to services run by others, including Meta (WhatsApp), Google, PayU and the AI provider you choose. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, and they may charge you directly. We are not responsible for their availability or actions.
Fees and payment
The Service costs ₹5,000 per month plus applicable taxes, unless we agree a different price with you in writing. We issue one invoice per calendar month, payable within 7 days through PayU. If an invoice is unpaid 14 days after it is due, we may pause the AI agent and channel connections until it is paid. Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice. Refunds and cancellations follow our refund and cancellation policy.
Availability and support
We work to keep the Service available and secure, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Planned maintenance will be kept short and, where possible, announced in advance. Support is by email at hello@auto4you.in.
Intellectual property
We own the Service, its software and its design. These terms give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service during your subscription. Feedback you send us may be used to improve the Service without obligation to you.
Liability
To the extent allowed by law, the Service is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost revenue or lost data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
You agree to compensate us for claims made by third parties arising from your content, your messages to leads or your breach of these terms.
Ending the agreement
You can stop using the Service and cancel at any time. We may end this agreement with 30 days' notice, or immediately for a serious breach. After the agreement ends, you can ask us to export or delete your data as described on the data deletion page.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts of Rajasthan have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any rights you have under consumer protection law.
