Delete your whole account
- Email hello@auto4you.in from the email address you use to sign in, with the subject Delete my Loopworks AI account.
- Include your workspace name. We may reply to confirm the request comes from you.
- We delete your workspace, team members, leads, conversations, knowledge files and connected account tokens from the live database within 30 days, and from backups within a further 14 days.
We keep invoices and payment records only as long as Indian tax law requires. We will email you when deletion is complete.
Disconnect WhatsApp or Facebook
- Sign in at app.loopworksai.com and open Connect.
- Choose the WhatsApp connection and select Disconnect. We stop receiving messages and delete the stored access token.
- You can also remove the app from Meta: open Facebook, go to Settings and privacy, then Settings, then Business integrations, and remove Loopworks AI.
To also delete the messages and leads already received, follow the steps to delete your account above, or ask us to delete specific data.
Disconnect Google
- In the app, open Settings and select Disconnect Google. We delete the stored Google tokens straight away.
- Or remove access from your Google account permissions page.
Events already created in your calendar and rows already written to your spreadsheet stay in your Google account, where you control them.
If you messaged a business that uses Loopworks AI
The business you contacted decides how your conversation is used. Ask them to delete your data. You can also email hello@auto4you.in with the phone number you used and the name of the business; we will pass your request to them and help them delete your data.
