How billing works
- Billing cycle
- One invoice per calendar month, payable within 7 days. You can pay from the Billing page inside the app.
- Payment methods
- UPI, debit and credit cards and net banking, processed by PayU. We never see or store your card number.
- Taxes
- GST is charged as applicable under Indian law.
- Costs from other providers
- AI model usage (Groq, OpenAI or Anthropic) and WhatsApp Business Platform conversation charges from Meta are paid by you to those providers.
- Cancellation
- Cancel any time. Access continues to the end of the paid month. Read the refund and cancellation policy.
- Voice agent add-on
- Coming soon. ₹5,000 one-time setup, then ₹5 per minute. Your agent answers and makes calls, with every call logged on the same lead.

Common questions
Do I need the official WhatsApp Business API?
No. You can start by linking a number with a QR code, or connect through the official WhatsApp Business Platform when you are ready. Meta charges for some message types on the official platform; those charges are billed by Meta, not by us.
Which AI model does the agent use?
You choose. Add your own API key from Groq, OpenAI or Anthropic in Agent settings. Model usage is billed to you by that provider.
Will the agent make things up?
The agent is instructed to answer from your knowledge base and your settings, and to hand over to your team when it is unsure. You can read every conversation in the inbox and take over at any time.
Can my team use it?
Yes. Invite up to 10 people to your workspace as admins or members.
How do I cancel?
Write to us or stop paying the next invoice. Your workspace stays active until the end of the month you paid for. See the refund and cancellation policy.
